Multiscale Physics of Morphogenesis

Our aim is to reverse-engineer the development of embryos by combining physical modeling, computer science and artificial intelligence.

We work in tight collaboration with developmental biologists to implement a holistic and multiscale approach of early embryogenesis across species.

We develop an integrated computational framework, Virtual Embryo, to analyze and simulate and the development of early embryos and small tissues.
